Here's a couple pics of my pallet coop... One word of advice is to make sure ALL your pallets are the same, it makes things MUCH easier. Un-matched pallets cause things to not line up as they should thus the sides not being completely flush as you can see in the pics. But, it is a chicken coop, not the taj mahal, so I'm o.k. with how it looks ;o)
The pallets were free, the shingles were free, thus the unmatched colors, the only purchased materials were the OSB, 2x6's for the roof rafters, paint, 1x4 trim, and some screws. I have $150 in this coop so far. I could be done purchasing materials if I didn't want to sheet and insulate the inside. I already have 2x4's from another project left over for nest boxes, roosts, etc...
