Another Crazy Chicken Lady

Hello! I am the proud (and crazy) "momma" of 41 chickens, from a little old man (a bantam cochin named Napoleon) to 13 sex-link chicks only a few weeks old, but growing quickly...I find their antics and personalities to be endlessly fascinating, and they provide entertainment from the moment I let them out in the morning to the final goodnight and contended clucking as I close them in safe and sound in the evening. My ladies and gentlemen are for eggs and pleasure, and even the old ladies get treated with love and thank yous for their years of egg laying and chick rearing. I am looking forward to browsing the threads on the site, and maybe gleaning some new tidbits of useful information!
