Another EE Roo or Pullet?

Well I must say I'm a believer of this Forum. So far I've posted about 2 possible Roo's in which my feedback was yes to both. Turns out your correct on both.

Now for the final Roo or Pullet question. This is from my same batch this spring. She has an identical twin who is smaller overall. I am on the fence but still think Pullet. Just need the experts opinion!
