Another Fowl Pox Question

I just submitted a pic of my brooder. I can't decide what the black spots on her comb are. Im new at raising chickens and have tried to figure it out, but am just more confused. She and her two baby chicks run around and play, and eat and drink. I don't see any signs of illness others thanvthe black spots on her comb. They almost seem like scabs and they seem to be getting worse. This has been going on for about 4 weeks now. Any advice would be most helpful.

I hope the chicks don't catch if from her. Put "fowl pox," in the search box to learn about it and see if it sounds like your broody's symptoms.
