I realized you'd already discovered it was a cockerel when I made it to the end, but what hatchery is offering Red Orpingtons?

Yes. Like @5 Points Wingfeather said, my guy came from a feed store that orders from Mt. Healthy.

My roo was my first orpington (and my first roo) so I can't really say anything about quality. He was a nice bird, but was supposed to be a she, lol.
