Another Gender Game

This Lavender Orp has tons of maturing to do, but is maturing very very slowly. I have never had this breed , but have also never had one to mature so slowly.

Do think it's a Roo or Pullet?

I am thinking he is about 5 months old now. I haven't heard him crow at all. One of my friends looked at him/her and said she thought it was a pullet, so just wanted to find out for sure.

I have always thought it was a roo, but he has just been so slow at maturing. Feathering looks a little scraggly. Haven't really ever had this problem.
