Another homemade incubator question.

I made a homemade incubator because I am hooked like so many others. However I started wondering what is the best way to wire the fan. So that it turns on and off with the thermostat or not. I have it wired separate for now so it runs as long as it is plugged in, but I wasn't sure if wiring it along with the thermostat so it will turn off would be better or not. Does the air need to be circulating all the time? Any opinions are welcomed.

You have it right the fan needs to run all the time.

Thank you. The temp appears to be at 100 degrees and stable. Now all I need is eggs to put in to test it. Oh, and I'm still going to build a turner too.
