Another "is this a roo question? "

    One of our SLW has a redder, bigger combs than the others. I'm becoming suspicious that she is a he. We ordered all pullets, but I realize mistakes can happen.

    I'd have to agree - he looks rooish. Do the other chicks have more feathers on their backs then this chick? I noticed w/ my wyandottes that the cockerels feather out slower then the pullets.

    I'm gonna have to say roo as well. Though, to be honest, I have zero experience with this breed. The tail feathers seem to be sticking straight up, and his comb does seem to be pretty pink there.
