Another Lame Dinner At My Place

Starting to cook on Sunday is something I want to do and have been
doing some of. A roasted or rotiserie chicken can make three meals.

but never seem to get around to it. My crockpot is ALWAYS on.

Tonight is pizza, frozen, dressed up. Don't like to do it, but I am mid-hatch and that's the go to backup food. I usually cook Sat. or Sun. to get a jumpstart on the week, but didn't get it done except for a chicken-chile casserole- and we ate it all yesterday and today!

Congrats on the shrinkage! Your dinner looks good enough to eat!

That looks really good, PC! Wish my DH could whip up some meals like that! He's trying, though - he's mastered meatloaf!!! LOL

How is your bread coming? I'm going to have to imagine the wonderful aroma and delectable taste until this weekend. I never have time to bake anything during the week! Have a piece for me, will ya?
