@Miss Lydia sorry to bug you again, but is there any concern about warm water swims affecting the oils in her feathers?

Keep us updated.I wouldn’t think so wet is wet whether warm or cold water. It gets them to preening and spreading their oils

I think you are doing everything I would do
But I would be putting her in water deep enough she doesn’t try ti stand up
This will tell you a lot if she uses the leg to swim taking the weight off or if she still can’t use it at all
You could add one of the calm females to hang with her in the day as well
@Miss Lydia is correct if she was in to much pain she wouldn’t be eating or laying eggs
Hopefully she starts to heal soon
Yes they can live with only one leg

She seemed to really enjoy her warm bath (although being carried through the house was not her favorite). I cannot figure out how to embed a video here so here is a link in case anyone wants to see her in the tub. She did not use her hurt leg for swimming at all, just let it dangle, but it was good exercise for her good leg since she's sitting around mostly. I'll do this with her daily.

She was enjoying her peas
Is there any swelling around any joints ?
Usually they will use that sore leg in water when the body weight is off

there is a little swelling I THINK (it's not so obvious) just above the foot, the joint that we would think of as an ankle although I'm pretty sure it's not actually called that in ducks

She did look like she enjoyed her bath time. Hopefully keeping it up she'll begin using the hurt leg too.

The Epsom salt soaks should help with swelling.
