CA Law..... Not until i get my license and have had it for 6months...... we get alot of kids who break that law though and some end up gettin killed or killin their buds..... pretty sad actually...

The funny thing is if you check the laws your mom(or a responsible adult) has to be in the passenger seat, not in the back seat.
