another molting question

I'm new to raising chickens. Two of my five 11 month old brown sexlink hens have started losing feathers on their chests and under their wings. One has no feathers at all on her legs. They have been getting supplimental light all winter to equal 16 hours a day. Is this a molt ? Egg production has been down some, but I got 4 eggs today.
