I need a better (clearer and less washed out) photo to make an accurate guess. Some possibilties are Welsummer Bantam, Black Breasted Red Old English Game Bantam, or Light-Brown Leghorn Bantam.

Yep, I agree with that though time will eventually tell.

I agree, we need some better photos to tell the exact breed. From the color pattern and leg color so far, though, I think that you might have a Black Breasted Red Old English Game. Are the legs yellow, or are they white? If they are yellow, she could be a Welsummer, but if they are white, she's likely and Old English Game.
