I am new to BYC as well. It is a great, informative site.
I just got chicks, thyey are probaboy about 6-7 weeks. I have one buff orpington, 1 RIR and I think 1 Barred Rock. I lost another Buff to the dog next door.
Since I dont know if I have girls or boys, I just received 5 day old EE.

Love watching them
My dog eats their poop, is that ok?

I will introduce my little girls to everyone.

Two of them are white rocks, and the other two are Buff Wyandottes(?). The wyandottes are really friendly, and will ven take food frim my hand and perch on my arm. Those two will let me pick them up and cradle them like babies!

The other two are more skittish, they don't like taking food directly from my hand, and they don't visit me as often. They are still fun to watch, though.
