Hi all! Happy to finally join the community after being a silent viewer for a few year now.

My family and I have had chickens a few times over the years in different hole locations but finally in my “forever” home and have a nice little backyard flick of hens that make me very happy. Also got my first ever ducks last week!!
I currently have 7 chickens and 3 ducks. Spring has just arrived and the girls have slowly started moving into lying (it’s their first year)

I enjoy collecting the eggs everyday and I always make sure to thank my girls for their effort.
I also enjoy crochet, reading, cross stitching and gardening.
