Another Newbie question

Hello Everyone,
is it my feed or time of year, or something else.
I’ll post 2 photos - one before & one current of the combs on my Orpingtons.
2 months ago - bright red. Now - malaise pink.
Any ideas why.

I would think it's the time of year. Daylight is limited, it's colder, grass is losing it's nutrition, hens slow production. That sort of thing.
