The land, the weather...not to mention so many things to do (not that I do many things but work and trailride, but it is great to have choices). Good luck selling your house and getting here! Check out the home page and read all you can about breeds, coops and runs, predators, etc. You can also use the search box for questions and it will pull up past discussions about the subject. Then you wont have to wait for someone to reply to your question, great way to save time since many, many questions that new people ask have been asked before.
