Hi, Im Bill and Im a chicken addict. Not new to chickens but will most likely have questions as there are breeds that I have no experience with. I raise Welsumers and game cocks/hens for now. My Welsumers are my food birds and my game cocks/hens are my looking at birds, occasionally culled and turned into stew if they dont fit my standard.
