Another one about Barred rocks

I have two BR's that are about nine weeks old. They are both supposed to be cockerals but either one is a late bloomer or it is a pullet. It might be the exception to what I have been seeing about pullets having darker feathers and legs though. Just thought i would post a photo to get some opinions. Thanks.

Thanks, I was wondering because one has a much smaller comb and wattles.

I think the one on the left is just a late bloomer, but he still has a comb that is larger than my pullets get at 12-13 weeks old.
