I have two other's her colour but their tails are much shorter and they appear "stocker" she reminds me of a Road Runner

Looks like a RIR, are you sure 'she' is a she? The black in the tail (plus the length of the tail) suggests roo.

we bought a first run of pullets from McMurray so I hope she is she. She arrived to us on 5/10 (so maybe a two day old chick)... so just over a month old- would sex show?
