Is there a way to figure out the age of my birds? I requested started pullets between ages of 8-12 weeks. They were quite small, but definitely started and not chicks when I got them 10 weeks ago. If the biggest one (w.leghorn) was 12 weeks, she would be 22 wks old now, but there are still no eggs. Would it be helpful to post pictures?

Pictures would help. Around the Point Of Lay (POL) eighteen weeks or so, they do start noticeable development of the comb and wattles and the reddening of said parts. They also may start to squat for you or a rooster if you have one. Since they are individuals they may go through this at different ages. Those are the mile posts for them at that stage. Younger there is only size comparison and that can be off with different breeds and individuals within a breed. So yes pictures would help. especially with the leghorn, at 22 weeks I would have expected her to be laying.
