Another ROO??? Please HELP! 5 week Buff Orpington!

Just over 5 weeks old Buff Orpington. Is she a he?? I don't think I will be going back to IFA for chicks, seems with all the roos I have now, they are selling straight runs as pullets!

that comb and wattles are awefully pink for a 5 week old, I have to say roo.

here is a photp of one of my buff roos at 6 weeks.

I say roo, my 5 week old Lavender Pullets have wattles that are almost not even there and pale and the roos are clearly visible and pink. No expert, but I believe you have yourself a brand new baby boy!!

Our buff Orp's (Ava) comb and wattles were the same pink as your bird's at that age; they stayed small and didn't seem to color up for a long time. There is a similar sweet, curious look in the eyes, as well.

There's a fair amount of comb and wattle, which makes me think roo. But the legs are nicely slender, which makes me think hen. Re post in a few weeks and we'll have another go!

I'm afraid I'm going to have to guess roo. my buff orpington is about the same age and has a tiny completely yellow comb.
