Hi! I am completely new to chickens and picked these little guys up at Tractor Supply last week. Can you tell me what breeds I may have? I have identified one or two as golden Sebright, but the others, I don't know? I am hoping some are Mille Fleurs but would really be happy with any. All but 3 are feather footed. The chipmunk colored one and the two Sebright's are not feather footed.

Just guessing here...

Clean legged chicks = gold laced something with dark legs
Clean legged chick with yellow legs... Sorry, no help there
Feather legged chicks = gold laced cochin?

Like I said, just a guess, but they do look gold laced to me

I know that doesn't help much with breeds!

I'm sure somebody with more chick breed knowledge will see this soon enough!

Thanks guys! I am so excited to watch them grow.
I am not far from you ChickenLittle! My brother lives in Lafayette and I live near New Roads!

Who Dat!

Golden sebrights,
Mille Fleurs D'uccles and yes they have beards....
They little one with yellow legs make be old english game or dutch...

Here is what I can think of.

Feather Legged
Millie Fleur- bearded, white skin/shanks, white ears, small single combs
Brahma – yellow skin/shanks, red ears, pea comb
Cochin- yellow skin/shanks, red ears, single comb

Clean Legged
Dutch- white skin/shanks, single comb, white ears
Old English Game- white skin/shanks, single comb, red ears (Most of the chipmunk bantams from what I have seen turned into Black Breasted Red OEGB, the yellow legs turn white with age, or at least mine did, Silver Duckwing is also another popular color for them. They also exist in gold laced, so if your gold laced birds are single combed then they are most likely OEGB as well.)
Sebright- yellow skin/shanks, Rosecomb, reddish purple ears.
