another which feed best for quail-

i found two i would like to try- i was looking for no soy-
i believe the 23% would be great for adults. possibly could add more protein via bugs for chicks if i get this one?
the hand h would be great for chicks i think but not sure about adults. could mix with there layer version?

it doesnt have a set ingredient list for the first couple ingredients. $1.49 a pound

i am currently on payback feed which is ok but its not soy or gmo free but its also .41 a pound.

It's pretty normal to use one feed for chicks and another for adults. Don't make the feed change all at once. Make sure to start mixing the adult feed in and gradually increase the amount over the space of a week or so until it's all adult feed.
