Another Whizbang build and a question

I used 125 fingers with a 3/4 HP motor and it works just fine. I can do 3-4 birds (depending on their size) in 45 seconds. IMHO, you could not harness the power of a larger motor with a belt/pulley set up. It would slip before it ever ran out of torque.

Only reason for the 1.5 hp motor is it was more than $100 cheaper than the 1/2 or 3/4 hp motors I was finding, not trying to grind the birds LOL.
The first 3 Roo's to go are fairly big at 6 months old, I will start with 1 and see how it goes, then the 5 month olds. After these I will start processing at 4 months, except if I get something I want to keep,,,,, sometimes the girls toss out a pretty one with a nice build!
