They are less gross than maggots.Wow, thanks.
I really do hate maggots….probably not much different.
I’m sure it would be worth it for the girls, though!

Is "moist" the operative word?3) Favorite Thanksgiving Food/Drinks? - Moist turkey and ham. Absolutely the best part for me!

My family has a whole jumping spider farm (read: probably a very small "infestation" by official definition).7) What pets do you have (besides chickens)? - 3 cats, 2 jumping spiders, and assorted caterpillars/chrysalises/cocoons depending on time of year.
Different folks have different gifts! Seeing/feeling those things aren't beneficial for everyone's spiritual walk, and may even be detrimental to some. I honestly find it so cool to learn about different people's gifts. I think aside from the paranormal stuff, mine is the gift of childlike faith because God knew I'd have a second-guessing, doubting mind making me question everything.8) Have You Ever Seen Anything Paranormal Related? If you believe you have, what all happened? What did you see? Etc. - I am spiritually DEAD y'all, but my mom has had several. I'm definitely a believer but I'm either protected or blinded to it haha. I trust God that it just isn't something I would benefit from. But I'm very interested and I wish yall could check my house for me hahaha... I hope it only has good vibes because I don't know either way!!
Ah, I kinda miss D&D! We didn't ever do it much.9) What's the best sort of Friday night party? - Dungeons and Dragons with a full table![]()

When I was younger I used to see "things." I will not describe them because I have come to learn from God's Word that the things that manifested were actually satanic in origin. The Bible says that when people die they have no consciousness. They cannot return to this earth. They cannot speak to the living nor communicate with them in any way. It says that Satan can manifest in ways to deceive the living and make them believe his very first lie, when he told Eve, "You will not die," Gen. 3:4. But God had said, "You will die." Satan is a liar. Satan can appear as anything he wants, even "an angel of light," 2 Corinth. 11:14. The Bible says, "the dead don't know anything." Eccl. 9:5. Once I knew the truth, I never saw anything like that again. Because the Bible also says "the truth will make you free" and "Your Word is truth." John 8:32, John 17:17.8) Have You Ever Seen Anything Paranormal Related? If you believe you have, what all happened? What did you see? Etc. -
Our Sabbath begins at sundown on Friday and extends to sunset Saturday. We spend that time celebrating our relationship with God. So we read, study, pray, listen to relaxing sacred music and enjoy family time on Friday night.9) What's the best sort of Friday night party? -
Life is sweet and wonderful, we are truly blessed, thanks for asking.10) (Bonus Question): How is life going for you (Optional)? -
Haha, absolutely! Because dry turkey is the saddest thing to happen on Thanksgiving. I'll still give thanks, but it will be much harderIs "moist" the operative word?![]()
Never heard of them but now I'll be ln the lookout. They sound really fancy by the nameHave you had Palisade peaches? AMAZING. We get them up from Colorado during late summer farmer's markets.
That is so lucky! Definitely the best kind of spider to have around (although I'm a little partial to the house spiders. They are so predictable that I'm never scared!)My family has a whole jumping spider farm (read: probably a very small "infestation" by official definition). We'd have several in the house year round. I'm scared of spiders, except those cute little black jumping ones, so I was happy to have them around. Their mandibles are so pretty.
Oh boy do I get the questioning-bit. You know, I have no idea what my gifts are exactly. I get the distinct impression I'm actually meant to be "blind", not just to the paranormal, but to just about everything spiritual going on with me, period. This feels more like an ailment than a gift but maybe sometimes they can be the same thing. If I carry that cross long enough maybe it will yield some fruit...Different folks have different gifts! I think I like it the most because it is so much like a joint-writing project. It is also super fun to get into character stuff when maybe the chance never came--I was interested in drama but not the drama scene, I guess, so I missed out. Now I get to use my creativity and act/write in a less judgy and non-competitive spaceAh, I kinda miss D&D! We didn't ever do it much.
I truly appreciate it. Thanks for all the kind words.Prayers for you!![]()
Yeah, I understand how that works all too well. I had a friend who's house wasn't exactly haunted, but he'd be randomly outside and come back with scratches on his back. It was more outside. In his backyard. It's covered in trees, there are neighbors and small, abandoned sheds and buildings dotted around. No worries, demons can't stand Holy Water and prayer!(That's what we bless things with).
