Anti Chickens laws!

Hello, if anyone in the PA/Philly area who read and sees this posting. I need HELP! My lame unhappy troll of a neighbor reported to ACCT of Philly that I have some chickens, which I raised from chicks, the trolling neighbor doesn't like my pigeons, so he told the agency which the inspector left a note after I suppose he saw my birds roaming in the backyard which is very large. I don't wanna give them up, but if I must do it can someone help me find them 4, a forever home. They must be together because they really like each other company. Please someone out there in cyberspace help me. Feel free to email me too. [email protected]
