Anti- dog entrance ideas?

Hi! New egg here... I'm interested in seeing others ideas for ramp/ perch entrances to keep out small dogs. Our pain in the neck cocker spaniel loved to go into the henhouse up the ramp so I slightly modified the entrance with a gap and a hole underneath. so far it works but I feel it's just a matter of time until she figures it out.... Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I included the photo as well below.

In all honesty I think the hens would be just as happy to jump into their house. I don't have a ramp for mine and it is raised up by 2.5 feet

great entrance plan. but the dog does not kill or chase when they are loose on the ground?
