I think oral Tylan withdrawal is just one day, a total of 6 days. You give it for 5 days and wait 1 day after that. For injectable Tylan, giving it by injection, not orally, the withdrawal time is 7 days, so a total of 12 days.
The label on the jar of soluble powder says not for use in laying hens.
