antibiotics

The use of antibiotics unfortunately has gotten out of control, and now you need to see a vet to get poultry approved antibiotics. Some people are now using injectable stuff off label and I would assume they may end up with not being able to get those either in the future.

In general chickens are healthy if kept properly with plenty of room and proper feed. I personally never use antibiotics as in most instances they don't help long term. We cull the sick to reduce the risk of spreading diseases.

@casportpony knows antibiotics, hopefully she will come along and suggest stuff for you.

Agreed with OHLD. Tossing antibiotics at a flock is in many instances counterproductive. I've been keeping birds this go round for 5 years, and have never needed to treat a sick bird. The only things in my poultry emergency kit are a bottle of Poultry Nutri-Drench, and a sharp knife. Removing weak flock members helps ensure good health of the rest of the flock.
