Antisocial silkies

I have 2 silkies that I bought and brooded with 12 other mixed breed chicks ( bantams and full size). Is it normal for the silkies to kind of segregate themselves from the other birds? They are about 6-7 weeks and all 12 of they other birds roost together. The silkies roost together bit apart from the other. They generally do everything together. Its super cute but is it normal?

My silkies like to be together all the time as well. It could just be because their new but i think it could be so they dont get feather picked by the others. Silkies are prone to getting bullied so they might just be trying to avoid getting bullied by the other chickens

Bottom of the order maybe. Ive never noticed the others picking on them but that could be.
