Some reason ants love my run/coop. Im currently renovating my run and coop and I didn't realize the amount of ants there were. Is there any safe way to get rid of them? Are they harmful to my chickens?

Permethrin spray! Use the dilution meant for the coop, and get the entire interior of the coop during the day.
