ants?

we hatched one chick and put in it in the brooder box and ants attacked it! what can we do to keep them away?

AMDRO will work, but make sure you have it where the chickens can't get to it.... We have used it for years and it works better than any other products I have seen, here is a link to more info and you can find it and most stores that carry insect killers. AMDRO INFO
