Anus sticking out????

[My First Time Farm]

This chick is about 1 to 2 weeks old and I got them from my local feed store and today I noticed that the butthile area was red and got concerned and looked a bit closer and was stunned!!!! What is this??? What are some solutions. I have 5 of these speckled sussex and I dont want them to die. This is the only chick that has this. I have had hundreds of chicks and have never seen this before.

This is a emergency! I very sure sure this is a prolapsed vent. look up on google on how to treat before it is to late.

Whatever treatment is decided, you may want to separate from other chicks so there isn’t an opportunity for the prolapsed area to be pecked at by others.
