This may be a dumb question, but do eggs ever hatch at night? Ours have only hatched during the day...our Thing One silkie hen is setting and she has a week to go more or less...worried about them hatching at night due to cold, rats maybe...don't want to move her cause we think she might desert the eggs, although we will move her and the chicks when and if they hatch.
