My 2 year old silkie seems very nervous around people. She's happy enough to be physically close to us, but she seems very nervous and shy, and seems to panic a little bit. Is there anything I could try to help her not be so nervous?

We got her and another silkie same age in May 2020 and 3 rescue chickens in June 2020, so fairly but not too new and she came with a friend

Some are just like that. She may not have been socialized as a chick or she had a negative experience with humans. If you've had her for two years already, she may never fully warm up to you. You can try offering her treats but I'd say just give her space and let her be.
