Any 4 H poultry in my area?

I have 2 daughters who want to very badly join 4h with poultry division. However my county in Pennsylvania does not have poultry department. I am trying to find a close one to my county which is Snyder County in Central Pennsylvania. We have alot of different kinds of duck and a few chicken breeds.
