My goose egg has pipped the wrong end i have others in that have pipped am i ok to quickly take him out and make air hole, will it hurt the others taking lid off ?

Any one's advice in this instance could be wrong; including mine. Opening an incubator that has goose eggs could be chancy especially if the humidity in your area/room is low. A big change during hatch could possibly affect the eggs that are hatching in an adverse way. I do not think a breathing hole is needed if none of the eggs have hatched as yet. Be prepared to assist this gosling after others have hatched as it may not be able to zip or exit the egg shell should the egg be tapered and pointed. It would be lethal to the gosling to try and assist too soon or too late. If you wait until others have hatched you'll stand a better chance of catching it at the right time; or at least close. Good luck.

I have popped a tiny air hole in the pip in and out within seconds, he seems very vocal and wobbling around, fingers crossed it will be ok, other two jiggling around popping out bits of shell, just the waiting game now
