Any advice on how to improve my coop area?

So, I'm fairly new at this whole raising chickens thing but I have a flock of 25 hens and 1 rooster. ( I have silkies, spitzhauben, easter egger, barred rock, naked neck, lackenvelder and golden sex link) My girls range in age from 8 weeks to 6 months and I have 1 that just recently started laying. I want to enlarge my coop/run area but as of right now the coop itself is 10'x10' and the covered run is 10'x16'. The coop has a roll-up door on the north side to be able to close it off completely in bad weather and is open air to the rest of my barn although closed in by chicken wire. We don't have much of a coyote problem anymore but do have several hawks that live close by. Our property is on 10 acres so I have plenty of room, just not sure what the best improvements would be. TIA

Yes, I built a ladder type area inside since those pics.

I think that your coop is a good size, If it were my coop i would expand the run, but that is just me. Welcome to BYC!
