Any Alpaca owners out there?

Hi there-

We have begun to clear an area in the back of our property for 3 alpacas which we will be getting from a nearby farm.

My question is about acorns. What I have seen has said that eaten in large quantities, they can be bad. Does anyone have any experience or have some information?

I do own alpacas but don't have acorns so I don't know. It seems like with goats that there doesn't seem to be a problem as long as they don't eat a ton of them. I would think the same would apply to an alpaca. Alpacas are pretty picky eaters (at least mine are) so they may not even eat them anyway.
