It's the weight of a large male standing on the back of a small female that's the problem. Roosters and the males of most other birds don't have penises, so that part isn't worrisome.

OK the pale one is 12 days old and just tried to mate my arm wen I moved he went to their cuddly toy mated that instead bit young aint it obv I'm guessing he probs gona be a cockerel

I suppose that instead of mating it rather wanted to cuddle and snuggle up into your non-existing plumage.
