That's right! My girls have "grandparents" that aren't blood relation (a couple from church, who are one of my good friend's parents). And my aunt and uncle also love my girls as if they were their grandchildren. My girls call my aunt and uncle and the other couple "grandpa and grandpa." We are very blessed to have them around. All children could benefit from a relationship like that. Our parents (the hubby's and myself's) didn't get the memo about being grandparents. Although, their children (us) reaped the reward of having great grandparents around when we were little.

I want to say that Jesus is my King. I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ. I have walked through the valley of the shadow of Death and He was with me like a Dread Champion. He has never left me, nor forsaken me thru any tribulation I have been through. Even when I have stumbled He has lifted me up with His right hand of Righteousness. He has been merciful to me. He has the Words of Life and has sustained me with His love. His Holy Spirit has been my Comfort, my teacher and my guide .
My goal is to learn those things that are pleasing to Him. I have failed Him at times but He has never failed me. I thank Him for calling me out of Darkness into His marvelous Light.
To hear His voice and follow Him is where I find Peace, Joy, forgiveness and Love. I love The New covenant . I love that there is always a sign of Covenant. I love that Jesus gave us the Sign of the Holy Spirit living in our Hearts of Flesh and Writing His Word on our Hearts.
Yes, Oh Yes, He Is Alive.

Let me say one more thing. His Word is Living. It is the Power of God unto Salvation. In the Beginning was The Word, The Word became Flesh and dwelt among Us.

Just wanted to say that I was so tickled this past Sunday when my oldest daughter was in the bathroom brushing her teeth and singing Hosana.

She is six years old and just touched our (mine and the hubby's) heart when she was singing that song.
 
Anybody else noticeing the extremely frequent earthquakes happening? Could it be that our time is shorter than we may realize?
