Any cat lovers on here?!?

Well long story short, we rescued a female cat last night… which i believe she is pregnant. I also believe she was dumped because of how affectionate she is. And i’m not really sure what to do
First, if you think she's pregnant, you should take her to the vet. Have you felt her belly to see if there is any movement for possible kittens? Do you have a better picture of her? I couldn't really tell in the picture how fat she was. @phoenix827 can probably help. She knows a lot about cats.

Thanks for the tag.

A picture of her nipples, and a better picture of her belly would be great. Is she staying inside? I'd at least keep her until the kittens are weaned. Rehoming a pregnant cat is a pain, and the shelter is a terrible place for her to give birth and raise kittens. I saw that someone mentioned bottle feeding, kittens SHOULD NOT be bottle fed unless absolutely necessary.

Sorry i wasn’t getting notifications from this. I am taking her to the vet today. I have felt her stomach and i honestly believe one of the kittens moved, my boyfriends mom said the same. Here’s a picture from the night i got her, she’s been laying down most of the time so i don’t have any good photos of her belly

I will try to get one later, she doesn’t really roll onto her back yet with us. I do not want to give her to a shelter at all and i did get in touch with a rescue but then i thought about it and i was like i don’t want her even more stressed out having to go to a foster home with other animals and everything like that. I absolutely do not plan on bottle feeding kittens.

Yes, a stressed out cat is more likely to miscarry. I'm glad you decided not to take her to a shelter, at least not now.
