You can ship them throughout Australia, maybe try looking on Google first.
I know Hazel's Hatchery has them, but I can't recommend them as I haven't tried them. I bought some jumbo Coturnix eggs from her and I had a 1/3 fertility rate.
Good luck finding your eggs! There was a good website, but I can't remember what it was called.

If you find some can you update us? Im interested to get some eggs, I live in Sydney.

I regularly incubate eggs and had 0% hatch rate from eggs bought from Hazels hatchery

I'm also after Celadon Quails but I can't find anyone selling them in Australia. One Reddit post suggested lonestarrarepoultry on ebay but I can't find them.

Try gumtree, lots of breeders of birds on there, I saw some the other day
You could also try and find a poultry show and talk to the breeders
I am also in Australia and struggle to find eggs, but gumtree was the most successful
