Any chance this is a BCM pullet?

There is only copper On the hackles. I have been assuming cockerel, but the coloring looks like a pullet. Is there ANY chance this is a pullet? Nearly 3 months old now. Probably 11 weeks.

Its a rooster though, its combs too large and bright to be a pullet at 11 weeks.

I'm ok with a rooster. I just couldn't decide since I had seen some BCM pullets with huge comb and wattles.
