Ah, sorry, I think it's rooster. It's comb and wattles look big and red for a pullet that age. But nothing is set in stone till it crows or lays an egg. I've been wrong more than a few times.

That much comb at 12 weeks is a young roo. The color is also roo coloring. Sorry.

That is s very pretty speckled Sussex. The comb and wattles say rooster but there is no sign of rooster like feathering, update us in a couple weeks.

i have had hens with big combs but not that much wattle. I would also have to say rooster. Sorry.....
