Any chance this is a Pullet?

At 2.5 Weeks it looks like it's getting Wattles already. But I didn't think even Cockerels were supposed to get them this early?

Heavily leans cockerel to me!! (IME.) Wow, fast comb and wattle growth, that is crazy. Also, feathers and spur bumps. Plus tail that is slightly starting to curve.

Thanks! I never kept Chicks before and I was sure I was mistaken.
If I hadn't hatched him myself I would think for sure he was older!
