I hatched him from some barnyard mix assortment of eggs I got from a lady not too far away. I messaged her last night and she said he's likely part Svart Hona. Other half, no clue.

Wow! Then that solves it! Ask if she also has any splash parents. His color is blue and splash x black=blue. Hopefully that will get the other parent figured out!

X2 what Rhodebar Lover said but also ask if they have any blue birds as well, since a blue to black bird will also produce some blue offspring.
