Hi!
I was just wondering if there are anyone who rides or have horses?
I don't have a horse(just yet), but I will soon! So far, I'm just
taking classes! If you are an equestrian, comment down!
Looking forward to seeing the equestrians!

I used to ride frequently for my family and another ranch. Between general life stress and lower back pain, I lost a lot of my confidence and didn't ride again until about a month ago.

My boy is old - about 24 - so he'll have to be in much better shape before we attempt to range ride again. He's been through a lot - in July he went lame, partially due to a bad shoeing and my own stupidity, and his arthritis *really* flared up. Then he had lice and a yeast infection. It just wouldn't end. But, I spent the year researching better equine nutrition, have a better exercise program, and ordered MSM.

It's been difficult balancing a horse and a full-time job - thanks to the time change, it's dark when I leave, usually dark when I'm home - but I think we're getting there. I miss working cows.

How long have you been taking lessons? Are you enjoying them so far?
