Any ever used Homestead brand feed?

I feed the crumbles too, because for some reason they don't sell the pellets. But my birds seriously go wild over it, they love it! When I would give them Dumor feed they wouldn't be the least bit excited. I don't know if it's just because they are crumbles compared to pellets or what, but the Homestead feed has actual pieces of different grains in it. The Dumor all looked the same.

We sell Homestead at our Feed Store and feed it exclusively to our chickens.

We really like the way our birds thrive on it and our broilers this year were awesome.

I'm in Virginia and I use Homestead layer pellets (made by Hubbard), and don't have any feather picking problems. It seems a high quality feed - better than Purina for sure. However, I also let my hens free range for a few hours each day as well, so they're getting plenty of bugs and other tidbits.
